We work with the following shipping method:
International shipping products
1.1. Purchasing policy
All products available in our store are sent directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes from 15 to 35 business days (on average after posting of the product) depending on the location, the product will be shipped within 7 working days after payment is confirmed in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 days to confirm payment in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may extend for a few more business days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations that are beyond our control.
The store guarantees delivery of the order, we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking, delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. Insured shipping
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 working days of posting, on that date the amount paid will be 100% refunded."
Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, this is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
The products will be sent by the Post Office or another carrier, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to monitor the delivery progress, the store is committed to instructing the customer on how to track the products. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available in the store.
The order tracking code is communicated 3 to 9 business days after confirmed payment.

2.1. Care with Addressing Orders
The Store will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order.
2.2. Absent Recipient
Please make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package, collect it at the Post Office, within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not collect it, as per the Post Office standard, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the payment of a new shipping fee to resend the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not carried out due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee, in the amount of 55 reais (shipping value + post office fee), for resending of product.
2.4. Taxed and Taxed Products
If any shipping fees or taxes are charged, it will be our responsibility, rest assured, you will only pay the value described for the product on our website.
