Our biggest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, found that there was a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return in accordance with the terms below:



Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
Product is defective: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt. (For defects such as: product with damaged glass or display, apparent scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if contacted within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt, and always send images of the package received. If the customer contact us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse)
Remembering that the first step in exchanging or returning is to notify our Customer Service Center by contacting us via our customer service chat on our Facebook page.

To return a product due to dissatisfaction:

The product must not have signs of use, the product must be sent in the form in which it was received, with the original packaging (post office packaging, with label), otherwise the refund or exchange will not be made.

As soon as we receive the package, we will carry out an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the Item return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you and in this case you will be able to choose between:

Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.
Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products, (we do not refund the shipping cost if the product delivered is the correct model and is in perfect condition).
Guarantee:

All products in the store have a 30-day guarantee, counted after the product is picked up.

For the warranty to be activated, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem. This video must also show the packaging of the product received (post office packaging, with label), it is essential that the packaging is shown on the video.

The customer can also prove the defect by sending photos that clearly show the defect and the photo must appear on the product packaging.

If the customer is unable to take a video or send a photo, it will be necessary to send the product to our address in Paraná for analysis, the cost of this shipping is the responsibility of the customer, the product must be sent with the original post office packaging, with the recipient's label without damage.

NOTE: The Store does not provide any type of technical assistance, we do not have an authorized assistant. For further questions, please contact our team who will provide you with all the support you need.

IMPORTANT:

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurred after purchasing the device from our company, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar problems.

The warranty also does not cover:

Fluid damage, such as breaking the product in water or leaving it submerged; although some products are water resistant, there are some limits to be respected from product to product;

Damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the device by you or third parties;

Improper use of accessories;

Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, scratches on the screen from use, oxidation due to excess uric acid from the user of the product;

Acceptable reduction in battery life;

Tests to check the resistance of the product, such as testing to check the resistance of the watch glass or testing to check water resistance, among others.
